Room Addition: Westlake Tasting Room

The design of this Westlake tasting room and stately custom wine cellar celebrates a fresh and elevated lifestyle. With a collection chock full of boutique wines and other gems from all over the world, this customer needed a wine cellar that would not only protect but one that would display their collection for all to see.

Two sets of double glass doors showcase an expansive wine collection housed in alder wood racks. This brilliant room features lighted center display shelves and stacked storage for hundreds of bottles of wine. The limestone backsplash adds a fine layer of texture to the monochromatic palette of the cellar. Sumptuous light oak wood floors temper the contrast between the deep gray of the walls and the brightness of white, DeWils cabinets. A honed quartz countertop and polished chrome pulls on the cabinetry, add subtle luster to the room. Jeld-Wen windows with wood grids and French doors allow natural light to saturate this room for a complete sensory experience. A serene tasting area provides a dedicated space for a rich experience in this unique Westlake tasting room. With a full glass wall front, a stunning assortment of custom racking options and a temperature controls system, JRP was able to meet all of the needs desired by this passionate wine collector.
