From running my own construction and pool company to directing $70 million developments in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve built a career blending hands-on expertise with executive-level strategy. I thrive on managing large-scale remodels across Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and beyond—using both data-driven insight and real-world experience to deliver exceptional results from concept to completion.
Fun life stuff: I am father to 5 great kids-only one is still at home. I love road and mountain biking, boating, hiking, and a good day outside at the beach or in the mountains. I speak Romanian! I lived there for 2 years when I was younger.
