Experience: I am a construction powerhouse with two decades of building, managing, and optimizing under my belt to date. From running my own construction and pool company to directing $70 million developments in the Pacific Northwest as director of operations. I bring a rare mix of boots-on-the-ground expertise and executive-level strategy. Whether I’m working on shaving millions off a project through savvy contract negotiations or delivering dozens of homes on schedule, I thrive in high-stakes environments. With a stats degree from BYU, a California contractor license, and a knack for tools like BuildPro, Buildertrend and QuickBooks, I blend numbers and know-how like a true construction maestro. My journey even includes pharmaceutical sales out of college and executive recruiting—proof that I genuinely build more than just structures; I build results!

Fun life stuff: I am father to 5 great kids-only one is still at home. I love road and mountain biking, boating, hiking, and a good day outside at the beach or in the mountains. I speak Romanian! I lived there for 2 years when I was younger.
