Project Story

After more than 30 years in their North Ranch home, the homeowners were ready for a new chapter. What began as a modest renovation became a complete whole-home transformation.

Expanded into a 6,600-square-foot Modern Rustic retreat, the residence blends mountain-inspired architecture with refined modern living. Expansive openings, seamless indoor-outdoor connections, and thoughtfully crafted spaces create a home designed for gathering, wellness, and everyday life.

Natural materials, including flagstone masonry, exposed beams, European white oak flooring, and handcrafted Zellige tile, bring warmth, texture, and timeless character throughout.

The result is a home that honors its history while embracing the future.
