As we evolve, our homes should too! This whole-home remodel is the perfect example of that. Our clients first came to us to transform this Conejo Oaks home into a more functional space with a backyard retreat equipped for entertaining. Then, several years later, they turned to the JRP team again with exciting news about their expanding family.
The first remodel started with a 400 square foot addition. This allowed for a beautiful open concept kitchen filled with natural light streaming through the custom skylights above the new island. Pendant lights tie the space together and give the eye a structural element to admire. The interior remodel continued into a gorgeous contemporary bathroom with unique details, custom tile work, and a rainfall showerhead. In the dining room, a large table under the gorgeous chandelier awaits the gathering of many.
The first remodel concluded with a massive transformation in the outdoor living space. The once large hill, ridden with wild plants and weeds, was re-sloped and leveled. As a result, this created the perfect foundation for outdoor entertaining, complete with lounge areas and a luxurious pool. A built-in dining area complete with a BBQ and an outdoor kitchen takes this space to another level.
Several years and memories made in the new home later, the clients informed us they needed another much-needed addition to make room for their growing family. It was special to know that they wanted to put their trust in our hands again, and we would remodel for these clients again and again if that’s what it meant to make sure their home always fit their evolving needs.
