Coming soon to Thousand Oaks: a custom home by JRP Design & Remodel that showcases the full design-build journey from start to finish.

What began as a traditional two-story home was taken down to its foundation and completely reimagined into a modern luxury residence with rustic ranch influences. This transformation includes every phase of our comprehensive process—from schematic design and defining the scope of work, to demolition, new concrete pouring, full structural framing, insulation, and waterproofing. Interior work followed with drywall, custom masonry, solid surface installations, painting, and final finishings.

One of the best features of this home is its surrounding mountain views, and we thoughtfully incorporated this natural beauty into the design. Our team created an entertainer’s dream layout that flows seamlessly into the outdoor living areas, maximizing sightlines and connectivity to the landscape. We removed awkward corridors and tight stairways to design a home that feels open, fluid, and welcoming from the moment you step through the front door. A standout feature is the breathtaking front entryway, showcasing incredible stonework that sets the tone for the entire home.

This now 3,800 sq. ft. residence features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, blending modern luxury with rustic charm in a timeless, functional layout.
