This thoughtfully designed residence draws inspiration from timeless architecture and organic materials, blending old-world charm with modern simplicity. Every element—inside and out—has been carefully curated to create a grounded, elevated living experience that feels both luxurious and livable.

The architectural design of this Calabasas home tells a story through its materials and form. Natural stone, hand-applied stucco, clean lines, and black-framed windows set the tone for a home that feels warm, refined, and enduring. By pairing these textures with thoughtful lighting and expansive windows, we’re creating a space that feels timeless yet current—inviting in natural light while embracing the surrounding landscape.

The exterior design embraces modern Mediterranean elements, giving the outdoor space a relaxed, polished aesthetic. We’ve integrated linear pavers, gravel walkways, aged planters, and a sleek aluminum pergola to form a landscape that is both low-maintenance and visually striking. Stone coping around pathways and pool edges adds clean lines that mirror the home’s architectural detailing, creating a cohesive and calming environment.
