Meet
lori & justin pecikonis
JRP Design & Remodel was founded in 2001 by Justin Pecikonis, whose interest in building began at an early age. What started with LEGO creations grew into a lifelong pursuit of designing and constructing homes through a designer’s lens. He focuses on creating spaces that are thoughtful, functional, and carefully crafted.
Lori Pecikonis brings a complementary perspective shaped by a childhood spent on job sites with her father, a Commercial General Contractor. She later built a career in custom home building and real estate. Her background gave her a deep understanding of both the construction process and the homeowner experience.
When Justin and Lori joined forces, they combined their skills and shared vision to transition the company from a kitchen-and-bath remodeling to the Design-Build firm it is today. Together, leading a team that continues to grow and earn industry respect in publications such as Atomic Ranch and Qualified Remodeler Top 500. Despite national presence we have remained proudly family-owned and family-run, cultivating on close-knit culture built on trust, collaboration, and long-term relationships.
