Project Story

Welcome to Modern Farmhouse.

Set on 3.5 acres in Santa Rosa Valley, this custom home reimagines farmhouse living with a more refined, contemporary point of view. JRP transformed the property from the ground up, creating a home designed around natural light, open living, and an effortless connection to the surrounding landscape.

Crisp white finishes and classic farmhouse forms are balanced by warm wood, matte black details, and thoughtfully selected architectural elements throughout. From the expansive kitchen and entertaining spaces to the pool, barn, and room for horses, every part of the property was planned to support the way the homeowners wanted to live.

The result is a modern farmhouse that feels elevated yet welcoming, rooted in its setting and designed for everyday California living.
