National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)

Members of NARI are full-service contractors, design-build firms, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, subcontractors, lenders and other professionals who work in the remodeling field. NARI’s focus is to maintain and promote the highest professional standards of business management, ethical conduct, and technical skills in the industry.

The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA)

NKBA is the premiere association for kitchen and bath professionals. Founded in 1963, NKBA has over 40,000 members and more than seventy chapters throughout the United States and Canada that provide resources to the industry and to consumers. The mission of the National Kitchen & Bath Association is to enhance member success and excellence, promote professionalism and ethical business practices  and provides leadership and direction for the kitchen and bath industries worldwide. JRP Design and Remodel is an active member of the NKBA Ventura County Chapter.

The Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer’s Association (KCMA)

KCMA is the hub where all those who appreciate the true value of cabinetry come together – manufacturers, architects, suppliers, and customers. A voluntary, non-profit industry trade association, KCMA was founded in 1955. The organization boasts members who manufacture kitchen cabinets and bath vanities, fabricate countertops, and supply goods and services to the industry. From its celebrated Environmental Stewardship Program to its respected KCMA Certified Cabinet quality program, KCMA sets the standards for the cabinetry industry.

Better Business Bureau (BBB) 

The BBB’s mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. They accomplish this mission by creating a community of trustworthy businesses, setting standards for marketplace trust, encouraging and supporting best practices, celebrating marketplace role models, and denouncing substandard marketplace behavior. BBB Accreditation is an honor – and not every company is eligible. Businesses that meet their high standards are invited to join. The BBB is your key advisor, most reliable evaluator and most objective expert on the topic of trust in the marketplace.

Build It GREEN

Build It Green is a membership-supported nonprofit established in 2005. The organization works with building and real estate professionals, local and state governments, and homeowners to increase awareness and adoption of green building practices. Their mission is to promote healthy, energy and resource-efficient building practices in California through outreach and education. Their vision is for a more sustainable world where all homes are built to support the health and vitality of people and the natural environment.

Universal Design Certified Professional

Our UDCP certification means that we are committed to creating spaces that allow all people to get the most use possible out of our redesigns and remodels, regardless of age or the presence of any disabilities. NARI has evaluated JRP Design & Remodel as an organization worthy of the UDCP certification.

Certified Remodeling Project Manager

JRP employs NARI Certified Remodeler Project Managers (CRPM) who are the dedicated field personnel that oversee every aspect of the project: customer satisfaction, personnel management, administration, etc. while working on the project or projects.

LEED Green Associate
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is changing the way we think about how buildings and communities are planned, constructed, maintained and operated. Leaders around the world have made LEED the most widely used third-party verification for green buildings with around 1.85 million square feet being certified daily. LEED Green Associate represents a credential awarded by GBCI® to those professionals who have demonstrated knowledge and skill in practicing green design, construction, and operations by passing the LEED Green Associate exam.
